Grazioso appartamento in casa stile liberty adatto come dolce rifugio romantico per coppie etero o omosessuali o per qualsiasi nucleo familiare a pochi metri dal centro storico della rinomata città più piccola d'Italia: Moncalvo. Ottima soluzione per dormire nel Monferrato e scoprine la bellezza.
L' appartamento sarà un ottimo punto di appoggio nel cuore del Monferrato per i vostri percorsi escursionistici nella zona e nei dintorni. Saranno accettati piccoli animali domestici educati.
Non è un condominio ma una piccola unità abitativa.
L'Appartamento è privato esclusivo, ingresso, ampio salone col soffitto dipinto, cucina completamente attrezzata ; stoviglie, tostapane, bollitore, caffè, thè, zucchero, sale ,olio, aceto, ecc e per i vostri pranzi, cene e colazioni in totale privacy; camera da letto, bagno, due balconi e un terrazzo. Una camera da letto per due persone e un divano letto in soggiorno per due posti. Asciugamani e lenzuola saranno a vostra disposizione. Bagnoschiuma, saponi, detersivi e quant'altro. Ottima alternativa al bed and breakfast con la comodità di avere più spazio e più privacy. Terrazzino e due balconi completano l'appartamento.

La Zona è residenziale e tranquilla e ben servita comodissima a piedi al centro storico, a pochi metri. parcheggio pubblico libero fronte casa. Pur essendo centrale è tranquillo.
Per il periodo estivo, a 5 minuti a piedi c'è un' ampia struttura con piscina olimpionica con due vasche, campi da tennis, beach volley e calcetto, prato per gioco .
Svariate sono le possibilità di attività nella zona tra cui percorsi in bicicletta tra le colline anche noleggiando biciclette elettriche.
In Giugno e Luglio famose sono le sagre nei paesi vicini e gli spettacoli di danza di Vignale Danze.
La città di Moncalvo gode di una particolare posizione geografica ad un'ora circa di auto dalla Liguria, dagli Outlet di Vicolungo e Serravalle Scrivia, da Milano e Torino. Da Asti e Casale c'è una linea di pullman che la collega. Città di rara bellezza ove trovare suggestivi scorci medioevali e raffinati piatti tipici, dal bollito agli agnolotti, dal vino ai formaggi; una terra da scoprire!!
