A stunning property tastefully decorated throughout with bright, open communal rooms for all to enjoy. A perfect place to celebrate, relax and enjoy in a truly sought-after location with the beach just a few metres from the doorstep, and the town's popular high street to the next street. Sitting immediately behind The Brudenell with its reputable restaurant and outside terrace literally overlooking the beach, what more could one ask for? There is little need for your own outside space but should you wish to enjoy an alfresco drink at the end of the day, there is an open area to the back of the house - perfect for catching the evening sun.
The property is ideal for dog owners being located at the yacht club end of town with dogs permitted on this section of beach all year round. There are some glorious circular walks with breathtaking views of the river, sea and marshes. The main beach does not allow dogs between May and September.
This property is also available for smaller groups as a sleeps four option.
