HOUSE "LA BRUNA" IS A DELICIOUS VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL AND GREAT GARDEN WITH BARBECUE AREA.
IT IS IN ONE OF THE MOST BEATIFUL ZONE OF TUSCANY,CALLED "VALDINIEVOLE", FAMOUS FOR HIS UNKNOTED NATURE AND FOR OUR CITIES 'ARTICLES AND WELCOME.
FLORENCE, LUCCA, PISTOIA, MONTECATINI TERME, VIAREGGIO ARE ALL EASY LOCALITIES AVAILABLE.
THE HOUSE WAS TOTALLY RENOVATED IN 2017 AND OFFER HIS GUESTS A NEW AND EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE FURNISHING.
It is placed on two levels so it is true:
FIRST LEVEL IS COMPOSED OF A LARGE DINING ROOM WITH ACCESSORY KITCHEN, BATHROOM WITH SMOKING ROOM, DOUBLE ROOM WITH BATHROOM AND PRIVATE KITCHEN.
SECOND LEVEL IS COMPOSED BY A DOUBLE BEDROOM, BATHROOM WITH SHOWER, BALCONY AND GREAT SOLARIUM TERRACE WITH TWO BEDS, A SUNUMBRELLA AND EXTERNAL SHOWER. IDEAL FOR A DRINK OR READ A FULL RELAX BOOK.
THE INTERIOR HOUSE IS COMPLETELY CLIMATE, WIFI CONNECTION AND PARKING FOR TWO CARS.

La Bruna Casa Vacanze, si trova in una zona tranquilla ma non isolata ma soprattutto si trova in una zona strategica per raggiungere alcune delle più belle città toscane e dei più importanti luoghi conosciuti in tutto il mondo; due su tutti, Vinci, la città di Leonardo e Collodi dove è ambientato Pinocchio.
