Villa Calangute Phase 3 & 4 are a great way to florish on a family vacation, you have the privacy of a privat pool but each family can retreat to their own 3 bedroom villa at the end of the day. A perfect solution for all groups up to 18 people. Situated just 10 minutes from the beautiful beach of Calangute, and surrounded by beautiful coconut trees this upmarket gated accommodation features a self-catered kitchens, a landscaped swimming pool, kid’s pool, foosball, carrom and pool table.
Private Swimming Pool between PHASE 3 and PHASE 4 - If the rigors of the beach prove too much, your own shared swimming pool, with kid's pool and sun loungers and are on hand. The 9m by 4m swimming pool consists of a 4m by 2m kid's pool and is managed weekly by French company (Desjoyaux Pools Pvt Ltd). The dilemma is whether to hang around the pool or take a 10 minute walk to the sea and beach!
Key Feature of Phase 3 & 4:
☆ The accommodation is self-catered whereby we have provided you with lodging and cooking facilities with no meals and no room service.
☆ This villa is 12 min walk to Calangute beach, has AC in the living room, 6 AC bedrooms & 4 bathrooms between the 2 villas and a private swimming pool + Pool table + Foosball Game Table + Carrom board with another 3BHK villa (PHASE4). Free WiFi with 30-50 mbps speed.
☆ Villa has 4 King size beds & 2 queen-size beds. The two king-size beds are made by joining two single beds and adding a 2-inch topper; if you like, we can take the topper off and the beds will revert to being two single beds.
☆ Check in at 12 pm and Check out is 10 am. Flexibility is based on availability.
☆ Housekeeping is done daily for 4 hours. Bed linen and towels are provided and not changed for stays 3 nights or less. If required, linens/bath towels/swimming pool towels can be changed daily for an additional cost of INR 400 per room per day.
☆ 24-hour power backup (Inverter + Generator on site).
☆ Parking is compounded for 4 Cars.
