ABOUT THE FLAT
Vintage spacious flat totally renovated in 2017 with unique upcycled decoration furniture. It has 2 bedrooms (one in the mezanine), a big living room with an pen kitchen, air conditioner, TV and Wi-Fi. This flat is on a second floor without elevator. No neighbors on top of it, very quiet.
This flat is located in an easy and free parking area, only 8 min. walk from Jerónimos Monastery, 20 minutes walk from Belem Tower and 10 minutes walk from the most famous pastry shop in town where you can have a great breakfast eating the famous crispy custard pies (Pastel de Nata).
Shopping nearby: one daily market at Ajuda and 2 supermarkets nearby open everyday from 9 am to 9 pm. 2 hospitals nearby, one pharmacy and police station in the neighborhood.
If you arrive by car, this is an easy and free parking area. I have no garage but it's not necessary, this a free, safe and easy parking area.
Transports nearby: train that connects Cais Sodré with Cascais, buses number 727 and 728, tram 15 and 18.
