This barn conversion is situated in the village of Bradwell near Castleton and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.The Barn at Smalldale Hall is a wonderful cottage located in the village of Bradwell in the Peak District National Park. Hosting three bedrooms; a family room with double, single, and pull-out bed, as well as a mezzanine double and a mezzanine twin, all with en-suite bathrooms, this property can sleep up to six people. Inside you will also find a cloakroom, and an open-plan sitting, kitchen and dining area with breakfast bar. To the outside is off road parking for three cars and a lawned garden with patio, furniture. A delightful cottage with much to offer, in a pleasant part of England.

Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 1 x large LCD TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, Bluetooth speakers in each bedroom, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 3 cars. Lawned garden with patio, furniture. Sorry no smoking. One well-behaved pet welcome. Shop 10 mins and pub 5 mins walk. Note: Due to the mezzanine landing and mezzanine bedrooms, children must be supervised at all times.

Region: The ultimate in year-round appeal, the Peak District offers countryside, picturesque villages and magnificent scenery. It touches upon six counties and encloses 555 square miles of open moorland, flowing rivers, and wooded dales.

Town: Bradwell is a village in the Hope Valley, situated in the Peak District National Park. Hosting shops, pubs and restaurants this location makes an excellent holiday base. The picturesque village of Castleton is three miles away, home to fascinating caves, including the Blue John Cavern, and is overlooked by the 'Shivering Mountain'. Hathersage is just four miles away and boasts cafe's and an open-air, heated swimming pool.

What a great place, clean,tidy and great facilities nothing to fault about this property at all. Came with 4 adults and 2 children which gave us masses of space. Highly recommend
