Charming, affordable and perfect for families or couples! Blue Sailing, a sweet fully air-conditioned 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa located in the quiet, picturesque, gated community of Happy Bay Estates on Mount Choisy, St Martin.

This St Martin vacation rental home will enchant you with its gorgeous unobstructed ocean and sunset views. Located just a 12-minute walk to pristine (mostly deserted) Happy Bay beach, or a 270-yard hike to beautiful Friar’s Bay Beach where guests may enjoy all day service for lunch and cocktails while lounging in beach chairs with umbrellas.

The villa is built on 2 levels. The entrance is on the upper level where an open floor plan offers a modern, well-equipped kitchen with island, a cozy living room, and opens to a covered terrace with more comfortable seating and alfresco dining with amazing views.

Downstairs The pool is surrounded by a deck overlooking the amazing views. One of the bedrooms is on this level. Blue Sailing is the perfect family escape as all of the bedrooms have interior access (as opposed to the typical “cabana style” of most Caribbean villas) so parents don’t need to worry about the kids. It is also great for couples because all 3 bedrooms have interior access, are relatively equal in size, have king beds, a safe, ensuite baths with walk in shower, and hairdryer. 2 bedrooms are on the lower level and open to the pool and surrounding terrace.

Just north of this community is Grand Case, the well-known "Gourmet Capitol of the Caribbean" is an easy 10-minute drive where you’ll discover a plethora of dining options from the “Lolos” to a 5-star gourmand experience. For a fun filled day on an amazing beach guests can walk to Happy Bay beach or drive only 12 minutes to Orient Beach for watersports and endless people watching entertainment.
