This Awesome 2 bedroom apartment exclusively for families is situated in the heart of the vibrant, bustling North Goa. This spacious elegantly designed Apartment is an oasis of calm and serenity with a private garden opening onto the big swimming pool and direct access to the BEACH barely a minute away.This beach has an elegant shack located on it. It has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, functional kitchen , a cozy living room with Tata Sky connection which can accomodate 5 guests . It offers homely ambiance and prime place for vacation with your family and loved ones.
Detailed description
The 2 BHK apartment rests on the 1st Floor . It can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 5 Adults. It has 2 Air-Conditioned bedrooms and one bedroom comes with a king size double bed and another bedroom with 2 single beds and a pullout bed.The pool is accessible to our guests. 24 hours security provided.
Living Area
The living room area is simple yet luxurious , fresh and romantic and features modern decor , inclusive of 2 modern sofas, chairs,ceiling fan, coffee table with a LED TV to relax and enjoy some entertainment.
Dining Area
The Dining area spacious with a table with six chairs and is a perfect set up to enjoy your meals and and opens up to a balcony with a view of the complex .
Kitchen Area
The Kitchenette is equipped with a fridge , an induction cooker, toaster, hot water kettle ,frying pan , kadai with lid , pots and pans , plates , water jugs, strainer , chopping board, tin and bottle openers ,crockery glasses and cutlery . Tea and Sugar sachets are also provided during your stay. An iron is provided for guests use.
Bedroom 1 :- Is air-conditioned with 2 single beds and one pull out bed attached which sleeps three comfortably . It has a wardrobe , 2 side tables with one lamp , and 2 small wooden table and and an en-suite bathroom with modern amenities. This bedroom has a balcony which is attached to the living area balcony with the view of the complex .Linen is provided.
Bedroom 2:- Is air-conditioned with a king size double bed with 2 side tables with a one lamp , a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with modern amenities. It also has a balcony with the view of the complex.Linen is provided
We provide housekeeping service every alternate day during your stay where the linen is changed and normal dusting and cleaning is provided.
There is a big common swimming pool for the exclusive use of all the guests. Swimming pool rules consist of abiding by the dress code ie swimming trunks for male & swimming costume for ladies and is mandatory.

Fort Aguada: 5 kms .The most formidable and impregnable of the Portuguese forts in India, Fort Aguada is situated on a hilltop overlooking the confluence of the Mandovi River and the Arabian Sea. Adjoining is the 5 star Taj Aguada Hotel.
Souza Lobo: Situated on Calangute beach, this historic restaurant serves fish specialities like Butter Garlic Crab and superb traditional Goan/Portuguese food. Brittos Bar and Restaurant situated at Baga Beach serves delightful home cooked fish specialities.
Bomras: Situated on the Candolim road is famous for its Burmese cuisine and is a gastronomical delight. Famous night clubs like Titos and Mambos are 5 kms away where you can dance the night away.

2) Damages if any to the property it will be charged accordingly .
A refundable deposit of 5000 rupees will be applicable at the time of check in for any damages done to the property.
