Villa with 4 or 5 airconditioned bedrooms suitable for 8 to 10 people. Enjoy the sea view in this tastefully decorated villa of 220m2. The villa is rented as standard with 4 bedrooms, and is therefore suitable for 8 people, but at an additional cost of 15% can also be rented an attached 5th bedroom; it is located at the lower part of the garden, and has its own bathroom with toilet. Through the 2 glass doors you have a beautiful view of the adjoining nature reserve.
Next to the living room of 60m2 you will find the open kitchen with all modern conveniences and giving access to one of the terraces. There is both an open and a covered terrace. On this level you will also find the master bedroom with bathroom and toilet. The other 3 bedrooms are on the 1st floor. These share a spacious bathroom with bath and shower, and there is a separate toilet on this floor.
In the fenced garden you will find the heated pool of 12 x 5 meters. The garden borders the nature reserve, and is close to the golf course. From this beautifully situated villa you are 2.7 km from the famous beach of La Nartelle, or the center of Sainte Maxime.
