A stylishly designed private villa in harmony with traditional architecture invites you to enjoy your holiday in one of the most beautiful islands in the word.
The Home of Lilies is recently built and decorated to high standards.
Set in a peaceful rural landscape of vineyards, in an extremely conveniently situated area on the edge of busy Fira's center and 1,7 km from the quiet but organized beach of Exo Gialos.
It is an ideal base to explore the island within a short car trip.
Built with elegant simplicity it has large openings on every side to marvel the tranquility of the sea, the open country side, the beautiful colors of the sunrise and the warm tint of sun dropped reflection.
The attractive double vaulted ceiling of the spacious living room is divided by an arch and a double-sided energy fireplace from the magnificent dome in the dinning area.
A fully equipped kitchen reflects the exquisite sense of design and style.
The three bedrooms can accommodate up to six people, while the master bedroom, graced by a dome as well,
has a double bed, a spacious wardrobe and a private bathroom. The other two bedrooms are on a higher level sharing a bathroom. All bedrooms are air conditioned! The WC by the entrance and the storage/laundry room ensure the guests comfort.
At the back of the property the secluded swimming pool 5x10 meters and 2,20 meters deep, which is functionally reached through the kitchen's entrance, is surrounded by a lovely relaxation area perfect for sunbathing and provides sun loungers and pool umbrellas.
A large wrap around terrace with sofas, tables and chairs on both front and rear of the villa gives sun and shade.
The villa is a perfect summer or winter residence, ideal for travelers looking for peace and tranquility with an authentic and elegant feeling.
A hideaway to relax on your next great vacation or the perfect place for wedding receptions, birthday parties and miscellaneous celebrations !!!
On the upper floor there is also a spacious room, which is equipped with a double bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and it is accessed by an exterior staircase with an independent entrance. If used in combination with the entire residence it can accommodate up to eight people.
This is available at an extra charge.
We need to kindly add there is an extra fee of 50 euro a night per extra guest over 4 guests. Please contact us for further details and information!

“Excellent Villa highly recommend”
Fantastic villa really close to airport. Beautifully fitted out with all you could need on a holiday. Washing machine, BBQ. Host was amazing as was the cleaning service daily. Would highly recommend.

“Fantastic well Located Villa”
We stayed for a perfect week in this beautiful villa, 5 minutes drive from Thira. The villa is very spacious and modern, the air conditioning was great. The bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely as was the kitchen. There is loads of outdoor space with a great pool. The owner was very welcoming and helpful, the cleaners did a great job and always left us with cakes and treats! Oia is about 20 min drive away and various beaches are also about 20 minutes away. It was peaceful and quiet. We were 3 adults and 5 kids and the villa was just prefect for us...highly recommend!!!
