Description

A perfectly positioned beach house, situated on Clifton’s most popular second beach. The home is built on the rocks with direct access to the beach and faces the gorgeous African sunsets year-round.

The two storey beach house is contemporary yet homely, with expansive sea views from all corners. The upstairs is extremely light with open plan living (kitchen, dining and living room) that leads onto the two outdoor terraces. Upstairs also houses the master bedroom en-suite (bath and shower), with a sea facing balcony that has a wonderful outdoor shower! The third twin bedroom is also found upstairs with adjoining bathroom.

Down the marble staircase, lies the second bedroom suite. A large double bedroom, with en-suite bathroom (bath and shower). The bedroom leads onto the side of the pool terrace and also has sea views. A second living room is also found downstairs with television, entertainment music system and bar area. This room leads straight onto the pool deck.

The outside entertainment deck looks directly onto Clifton second beach. The rim flow pool gives a seamless transition from pool to sea and provides exceptional sunset vistas.

The Cape Town holiday home is arguably the best location in Clifton and comes with a conveniently situated lock-up garage closeby.

Clifton is a prime Atlantic seaboard area, within 10 minutes of town and most tourist attractions. Gorgeous beaches are on your doorstep, and all the bars and restaurants of Camps Bay are right next door.

Staying at a Clifton beach house during your holiday in Cape Town will feel like you have arrived in paradise!

You may choose to hire a car but otherwise Uber works extremely well in Cape Town.We can also organise a driver for you for trips to the Winelands and so on.

Interaction with guest

We will leave you in peace to enjoy your holiday but we are also just a phone call away should you need anything! We will personally meet you at the house and check you in.
