Description

A contemporary 2 bedroom spacious apartment with large private pool, spacious grounds and beautiful sea views. Excellent location- very close to the Thursday market and a genuine 5-10 minute stroll to the centre of Kalkan.

On entering the apartment there is a spacious open plan kitchen and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all white goods such as fridge freezer, washing machine, electric oven, gas hob and dishwasher. The lounge are is very light and airy, with floor to ceiling windows optimising the beautiful views on display. The living area has a large, comfy corner sofa, coffee table and wall mounted flat-screen TV with DVD player. Double patio doors lead straight out on the pool terrace.

The two double bedrooms are both a similar size and are furnished with a King sized bed, double wardrobes and bed side cabinets. Each bedroom has double patio doors which lead out onto the pool terrace. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with the second bedroom having access to a family bathroom. Each bathroom has a shower unit, WC and vanity unit with sink.

The apartment has sole use of a large private swimming pool surrounded by spacious sunbathing terraces. At the front of the terrace there is a marble topped table with six dining chairs, plus a gas fired BBQ. This outside dining area is perfectly positioned to take in the beautiful views over Kalkan and the bay. In addition, the pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers and a double swing seat- an ideal place to relax and enjoy the peaceful garden.

Set in a small complex of private apartments, Blueberry 1 is just a stone's throw from Kalkan's weekly Thursday market. The nearest restaurants and shops are a genuine 1 minute walk away, whilst Kalkan Old Town can easily be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes. The apartment's central location ensures there is no need for taxis or car hire.
