Welcome to the Villa Calangute Phase 5 where we've blended architecture and design to deliver a breathtaking holiday experience. Villa Calangute Phase 5 has a Private Swimming Pool with Kids Pool, Elephant Shower, Private Parking, Games Room with Pool Table, Garden, Open roof Terrace with sun loungers, all within a fenced plot.
Please note this is a 7BHK villa where by we are keeping 1 bedroom with en suite bathroom locked during your entire stay making it a 6BHK villa for 12 adults.

* Complementary Indian Breakfast for all new bookings with stays between 20th Feb - 30th April 2024. Valid for booking done online via this platform only. Lunch and Dinner for an extra cost.
☆ The accommodation is self-catered whereby we have provided you with lodging and cooking facilities with no meals and no room service.
☆ This villa is 2 min walk (200 mtrs) to Calangute beach, has AC in the living room, 6 AC bedrooms & 6 en-suite bathrooms with Private Swimming+ Pool Table + Badminton/Basketball court + Carrom board + Little tikes Play house + Elephant shower + Archery. Free WiFi with 30-50 mbps speed.
☆ Villa has 3 king-size beds & 9 single beds (one room has 3 single beds). ON REQUEST, single beds can be joined and covered with an 1-inch foam converting them to a king size bed.
☆ Check in at 12 pm and Check out is 10 am. Flexibility is based on availability.
☆ Housekeeping is done daily for 4 hours. Bed linen and towels are provided and not changed for stays 3 nights or less. If required, linens/bath towels/swimming pool towels can be changed daily for an additional cost of INR 400 per room per day.
☆ 24-hour power backup (Inverter + Generator on site).
☆ Parking is compounded for 3 Cars.
The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, gas burners, cutlery, crockery, mixer, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, kettle, washing machine, etc. You can cook yourself or we can provide Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner, made by professional cooks for an extra cost.
Party Room -The new RETRO PARTY ROOM on the top floor is a great space for a private party with its own private bar, a dance floor area, Bluetooth tower speaker, great lighting system, booth seating, wall murals (ideal for those instagrammable moments) and bespoke lighting. You can book it for INR 7000 per night from 8 pm to 4 am for any one day of your choice. You can get your own DJ and drinks too. This party room is for the exclusive use of the guests staying at the villa.

An experience with all the advantages of restaurant quality food at a fraction of the price and in the comfort of your own holiday home. Just tell the chef your personal preferences, any allergies and he will prepare a delicious gourmet meal just for your group. You have to pay the labor and ingredients cost and its all prepared fresh at your villa.
Guests have full access to the villa. We do not give the premises to more than one party at a time so you have exclusive use of the villa including bedrooms, bathrooms; self catered kitchen, living room, dining room and garden.
