Description
New house with a nice swimming pool, located 190 km from Bangkok and 10 km from Hua Hin city center. Modern and functional architecture this house located within the perimeter of Palm Hills Golf Club is both very spacious and bright. It offers calm and access to all the facilities of the Sport Club (Tennis, Squash, Badminton, Fitness, Pool, Pool, Golf). The beach is less than 2 kms. The large garden of 1600 m² is fully wooded and grassed.
The house of about 200 sqm is fully furnished in a modern style. It offers a kitchen, open on a very large living room. In the living room you will find a large corner sofa and a smart TV 65 '' connected to a satellite box (nearly 200 channels are accessible) and internet via the WIFI of the house. All rooms have their own bathroom. The master bedroom is upstairs and opens onto the garden by a very large terrace ideal for discreet sunbathing. One of the 4 bedrooms has been converted into an office in which there is a sofa bed 2 places. Note that the 3 ° room located just next to the main building as a '' guest house '' offers great independence to its occupants.
Although located on the commune of Cha-Am, the house is much closer to Hua Hin. (Less than 10 kms)
Access to the sports club (Tennis, Badminton, Squash, Fitness, Snooker, Pool) and golf is available to all residents.

House rules
Any dogs are allowed and welcomed in the pool and the garden but we do need owners to commit to smartly take care of them. The dogs should be dryed before they come inside, their paws are not muddy or dirty. Dogs are not supposed to sit on the sofa. Obviously if dogs are coming back from the beach, you know what to do ...
Also please brush most of the hairs left around and pick up the poops in the garden.
