This is not your ordinary villa; it is lined with special touches, extravagant interiors, homely comforts and Villa Calangute's impeccable service. This boutique villa is great for hiring out the whole unit for events, great for a wedding, family re-unions or intimate gatherings. If you require more bedrooms let us know as this property has 17 rooms, prices will change according to occupancy.

☆ Please note this is a 17BHK villa where by we are keeping 7 bedroom locked during your entire stay making it a 10BHK villa for 20 adults. No one will enter this premises besides your group and we shall not be giving those rooms locked to any other group.

KITCHEN: This is a commercial kitchen and is exclusively used by our in-house chef. Guests do not have access to a kitchen throughout their stay. However, tea/coffee along with a kettle, fridge, toaster and microwave are kept in the living room area along with cutlery, crockery and Beer/ wine/ whiskey/ water glasses.

You have to pay the labor and ingredients cost and its all prepared fresh at your villa.

PARTY ROOM: in the basement is a great space for a private party with its own private bar, a dance floor area, stage, great lighting system, booth seating, wall murals and bespoke neon lighting. You can book it for INR 7000 per night from 8pm to 4am. You can get your own DJ and drinks too. This party room is for exclusive use of the guests staying at the villa.

Buses, auto rickshaws and pilot bikes are available. The Supervisor: When you stay at Villa Calangute you get a personal supervisor who will takes care of anything that you may need! - You will not see the Supervisor unless you call. He’s there to help you, and respects your privacy. Supervisor lives in the staff quarters at Phase 5 so is a maximum of 5 minute drive away from any of the Villa Calangute properties. - Just call Supervisor 24/7 to help you with anything. - He can take the trash out for you. - Can’t figure something out?
