Description

No.19 is a three bedroom detached house in the heart of Mersea Island. Completely refurbished throughout making No.19 the perfect family base for any stay on Mersea Island. Fresh towels, linen, bathroom essentials, TV, WiFi and of course tea & coffee are included.

Downstairs you will find a large open plan living and dining area with a cosy open log fire for the winter nights and flat screen smart TV for when Netflix is calling. A well equipped kitchen with all the modern appliances you would expect including a Nespresso coffee machine.

Upstairs you will find two double bedrooms and one single bedroom all tastefully decorated with a shared family bathroom.

To the rear of the property the garden can be found with access through the gate to the community woodland area which is ideal for a nice little walk to start exploring the island keeping eyes out for the red squirrels.

Within the garden is a garage for storage of bikes, boats etc that you may want to bring. Also within the garage during the summer months, you will find outside dining furniture and a BBQ which are there to be used at your leisure.

No.19 is within a stone throw to all local amenities through the folly. A short ten minute walk to the fantastic local pubs and of course the world renowned Mersea Oyster eateries. The beach and the sea wall is only a 5 minute walk down from the high street

Had a really nice couple of days at number 19 a very nice clean house not to far from the beach and pub,have stayed on the island many times and have never been disappointed is nice and relaxing Decla… More
