This Simonstown four Bedroom Holiday Home With Jacuzzi And Pool was recently renovated to an immaculate state. Sleeps 8 adults max and two kids.

Although the house is not designed for disabled persons it may be an option to consider. From the garage, you get into the house with a lift. Most of the area inside the living area, kitchen, jacuzzi, lounge and rooms are on one level. Get to the pool area has steps. If you are interested in stay with a disabled person let us know your questions.

The interior is light and new. As you walk in you'll know this is not just another home. It's a fun place for four couples, a family with kids, or just one couple.

 

It's situated high in the mountains overlooking False Bay. As you walk down to the inviting pool, the modern lounge opens on to the expansive view. 

 

Past the lounge and dining area are the three rooms. The spacious main bedroom has a king bed, a large bath in the centre and two modern wet showers with jets. Romantic.

 

The two other rooms share a bathroom.

To the western side of the home is a flatlet with outside access to the massive and very private 4th bedroom. En-suite bathroom and great views. This room can easily go as a main bedroom or second main bedroom. The beds can be configured as two singles or one king.

On your way to the main bedroom is a small room / study with two Snooza mattresses for two kids.

And there is a guest toilet.

 

All bedroom rooms have aircons - except for the fourth.

 

The dining area, next to the lounge and pool, has spectacular views. Here you can sit and have fun with friends.

 

The luxury and modern kitchen is fully equipped and also has a Miele fridge and freezer. In the middle is a state of the art coffee machine. 

 

The kitchen continues with a hidden dishwasher, washer and dryer. Neat! 

 

Towards the back is the jacuzzi with a casual lounge area with indoor braai.

 

In front of you is the fire pit area with seating for many. And next to it a built in braai. 

 

What more do you want? Pool, View, Jacuzzi, Braai, Coffee, trampoline -- all yours close to beaches. 

 

You even have access to a lockable garage and lift with direct access to the house. Easy! Safe.

Note: Only people who can swim may stay here. Guests who arrange to stay here take full responsibility for pool and jacuzzi access.

- water pump of rainwater system (will supply water to the toilets at a later stage)

- alarm system

- radio for an alarm system

- sliding gate at the street side of the garage

The hot water geysers are solar-powered with electrical backup for cloudy days. They store 300 litres of hot water, enough to bridge a 2.5 hour load shedding.

What will not have power during load shedding:

- elevator

- all plugs in the house with the exception of the two mentioned above

- all appliances such as fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, ovens, dishwasher, toaster, stove, washing machine)

- all bedside lamps (they are connected to the power sockets in the rooms)

- all aircon

- intercom between house and gate on street level

- pool pump

There is nothing you have to do, the system switches over to the inverter and back to mains automatically. Anyhow, we ask guests to switch off unused lights during load shedding.

The backup should easily last for at least 2.5 hours.
