Description

Sea view apartment in a coastal setting immersed in nature, an oasis of peace and tranquility. Facing the sea, with spectacular sunsets, 6 to 8 minute walk to the beach. Enjoy nice sea views from a light airy apartment with a large terrace equipped for dining out and drinks. Located in a residence covering 100 hectares, with shared natural gardens. Walk to nearby Marinedda beach, described by Bell’Italia as one of the “sand and water paradises of Sardinia where it is worth swimming at least once in your life”.

Accommodation offers sea views from its own terrace. The fitted kitchen has a hob, combo-microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. Dining table and chairs are supplied inside and you can enjoy al fresco dining, relaxing and sunbathing on the terrace with dining table and chairs.

This nice cottage-apartment consists of one double bedroom with king size bed and two single sofa beds in the comfortable living area. The shower room has a shower cubicle and is provided with all the usual facilities including a bidet. All guests are provided with fresh linen and towels on a weekly basis. Free Wi-Fi is available in public areas, with seating and tables, just a few minutes walk from the property.

Quite Relaxation or Activity Filled Holiday - Your Choice!

Enjoy the warm turquoise waters and sunbathe on our nearby beach (a short 6 to 9 minute walk via the private footpath) where sun loungers and parasols are available for hire - great for relaxing, swimming and snorkelling. Or unwind on your own private spacious terrace with its sunny disposition and lovely views over the landscape towards the sea. Walk to discover more coves and outcrops, or take the paths over the wild headlands to the renowned La Marinedda beach and on to the lovely quaint fishing town of Isola Rossa (Red Island). Go snorkelling or canoeing along the coastline of our beach, or enjoy diving, sailing, wind surfing, boat trips, horse riding and more within the local region. There are also tennis courts which can be hired situated by the entrance gate to the properties.

Take a drive to the Hot Spring Spa inland where there is free entry to the warm river with its naturally hot gushing water where you can make your own mud baths and relax on the riverbanks, or pay for popular spa treatments and more in the adjacent Spa Centre.

Some of the finest sea food and traditional Sardinian / Italian restaurants can be found within a short drive, and you are very close to the renowned wine making town of Badesi, with its cantinas and other gastronomic treats.

Other nearby places include Trinita’ d’Agultu, Santa Teresa, Castelsardo, Aglientu and Badesi. Monte Pulchiana offers interesting sights such as the largest granite monolith in Sardinia, and nuraghe (ancient Sardinian dwellings) await to be explored, including the Tombe Dei Giganti (The Giant's Tomb). The famous Valle della Luna is reminiscent of a luna landscape, and along the coast there are numerous naturally sculpted granite structures, including one in the form of an elephant!

Getting There

Most airlines offer numerous routes to Sardinia, especially into Olbia and Alghero airports, both of which are within easy reach of our property at approx 85 km away (50 miles). Cagliari Airport is 254 km away (150 miles), should that be more convenient for your point of departure.
