Outstanding attached townhouse recently built with modern design and perfectly located within the best golf courses in Vilamoura.

The access of this detached townhouse is done through a first door, which connects to a small indoor garden, giving access by a second door to the entrance hall.

On the right-hand side, a cosy and full equipped living room with a sofa bed overlooking the terrace and the gardens of the condominium. On the private terrace you will find a comfortable garden lounge, ideal place to relax and enjoy a drink while admiring the well-kept gardens of the condominium.

For cooking lovers, the modern and very functional kitchen would be very appreciated. Totally equipped and furnished with: washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster and other appliances are available. The kitchen also has a beautiful view over the gardens of the condominium.

On the left side of the townhouse, there are two comfortable bedrooms and a small indoor garden. The first bedroom located on the right is equipped with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed. The second bedroom located on the left is equipped with a king size bed. This room has a private bathroom. Between the two bedrooms there is the second house’s bathroom.

This townhouse has air conditioning, cable TV and Wi-Fi.(Unlimited very good wifi system)

All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TV.

Due to its perfect location, this property is very quiet and very well maintained. Great outdoor swimming pool at the condominium. The property has 24 hours surveillance.
