Description
A CASA DE SOL
is located just 15 minutes' walk from the beach, on the outskirts of Albefeira town. Quiet and peaceful during the day but as the sun sets the centre of the town changes its character. A plentiful collection of bars, restaurants and clubs for all age groups,they start to fill-up with families from early evening until they spill over into the narrow streets and a mixed crowd later. A fine selection of good beaches extend east and west from the town. CHILDREN WELCOME IN MOST PLACES ALL THE TIME. The prices shown are for four bedrooms if you need the fifth you need to book for nine to ten people for it to be opened up.
The villa benefits from two shared swimming pools, with a shallow end perfect for the children. Leading from the living room is a spacious garden and furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With two double and THREE twin bedrooms, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.
If you require the fifth bedroom you need to book nine to ten people for it to be added on depending on your group size.
Shaded Pergola on west side for cool relaxing dining etc.

This villa is 10 years old and has been furnished to an extremely high standard with a fully fitted kitchen, spacious lounge and dining areas and very comfortable bedrooms upstairs. Overall the villa is very large and has all the utensils and comforts that one has become used to at home including a few more extras.
All towels and lining are provided also.

“Great Villa”
Great villa very spacious there was 10 adults and we had ample space. Air con in each room was very cold. Pool was great and a lovely terrace with plenty of beds. Good location not too far from the strip we enjoyed having Tuk Tuk racing back each night. Thanks Kieran for a great stay in your villa.
