Description
Casa Tranquila is a detached private villa 20 minutes drive to the west of Faro airport. Situated a short drive outside Loule, an historical market town hosting shops, restaurants and markets. Local Portuguese bar 0.7 km and restaurant 3km. Accessed via electric gates, there is ample parking to the front. The property boasts spectacular panoramic views across the rolling hills to the north and coastal views of the Algarve to the south. Beaches and golf courses are all within an easy drive in 15-20 minutes.
The Villa comprises 4 bedrooms. The first floor hosts one double with en-suite and its own balcony and the ground floor has one double bedroom with en-suite and two further twin bedrooms with an additional family bathroom and a further separate cloakroom. All downstairs bedrooms have direct access to the 12m x 6m private pool, patio and gardens for outside dining and sunbathing with beds and seating. There is an additional large rooftop terrace accessed from the first floor landing.
Lounge Diner with open wood burning fireplace, comfortable seating and dining table for 8, patio doors leading directly to the pool, patio and sun terrace. Fully fitted kitchen with cooker, four position ceramic hob, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher, separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Under floor heating in winter and air-conditioning in summer. Internet TV with many UK, US and European channels, Digital Stereo and Wifi internet access throughout the Villa and Grounds are also available.

Bedding and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels.
Bedding and towels will be changed on a weekly basis for holiday rentals. Long term lets and more frequent cleaning/linen change can be arranged but will require a supplement.

Due to landscaping of the garden there are some high walls which mean that the property may not be suitable for children under 10 unless fully supervised.

“A wonderful villa in a beautiful setting”
We have just returned from a wonderful 10 days at Casa Tranquilla. It has everything that we needed ( a family of 7 from a 1-70 year old!) The pool area and terrace area is second to none and we had hours of fun at all times of the day. The villa is large and we had plenty of room. We had lovely days out in Loule, Villamora and Albufiera. A car is essential. Taxis are available but they took some time to arrive and couldn’t always find the house! Communication with the owners and their representative was excellent We would definitely like to return at some point!

Response from the owner Hi Liesl. Thank you for your review although having always received 5 star reviews, we are disappointed that you chose to only give us a 3 star review. We have notified our gardener about the missing tiles in the pool and these are being repaired. The old carriage is a traditional Portuguese gypsy cart and whilst it has seen better days, we have chosen to keep it in the garden to add a bit of rustic charm and the old table and chairs are generally not used as there is plenty of seating available near to the house. We are also in the process of changing our satellite package. Unfortunately due to satellites being moved, most of Portugal lost the sky channels but we have found a solution to this now and will be installing sky via broadband shortly. We do hope that you enjoyed your stay and we are sorry that we felt it necessary to withhold some of your security deposit. Unfortunately the bedding was so damaged by candle wax that it all had to be replaced. We look forward to welcoming you back to Casa Tranquila. Kind regards Julie & Lincoln

“It does what it says on the tin, Case Tranqulia (Quiet Home)”
Where to begin? Our stay at Casa Tranquila was wonderful from start to finish, the Villa is fabulous, plenty of room inside and out. Everything was clean, tidy and very well set out. The setting is beautiful with well maintained gardens and panoramic views as far as the eye can see. We had 9 nights in the villa and did not want to leave at the end of our holiday, will definitely be booking again, hopefully in the not too distant future. Big thank you to Sarah for all her help and advice on where to go and what to do. Definate 5 stars from The Fett Family. Thank you.

“absolutely wonderful”
A lovely villa with a lovely view in a lovely location. Stayed there in June and returned in September and will again in 2019. Its fantastic with every home comfort in a lovely setting. The house is immaculate and has everything needed for a perfect holiday. The owners are very caring and make sure everything is just as it should throughout the stay. We highly recommend this place as just the perfect relaxing luxury holiday !
