Ideally located in Neo Psichiko, a unique and comfortable apartment in a peaceful neighborhood.The apartment is modern with very nice materials and furniture.

It is located in the first floor of a five floor building. There are two bedrooms with 2 double beds, one sofa bed in the living room one bathroom,1 WC and a spacious living-room. There is a balcony where you can have a great time of relaxation.

The whole apartment is fully air conditioned while there is also a boiler to provide you with hot water for 24/7.

Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed sheets from top quality brand. Furthermore there are clean towels for every single of you.

Entire property has free Wi-Fi!

Katehaki is the closest Metro station and the bus station is 150 meters away.

Psychiko is located 5 km northeast of Athens city center. It is a strictly residential suburb of Athens, with commercial businesses allowed only within two small designated zones, the "Nea Agora" (New Market) and the "Palaia Agora" (Old Market), with current regulations also restricting buildings to full detachment, and a maximum of 3 floors. Psychiko was historically the home of aristocrats, members of the Greek royal family, and generally old money people. The area remains one of the wealthiest suburbs of Athens, with very high land value, and a number of embassies, particularly of rich Middle Eastern countries, to be found located in Psychiko, Neo Psychiko and neighboring Filothei.
