It overlooks the sandy bay and the bushy woods ("macchia mediterranea")

THE BEACH

Punta Ala has a long stretch of sandy beach all along the bay.

The southern stretch is almost completely serviced by different private clubs.

There are few public stretches in-between some of those clubs.

The largest public beach is all along the northern stretch of the bay.

There is a small serviced sandy beach at the harbour, too.

Getting around

Punta Ala is a small cape which you can easily tour by bike or just following one of its many pedestrian tracks. We actually use our car only to get there or to do the heaviest shopping.

Interaction with guest

We might be there while you're staying at Le Mimose, but it depends. If we are not, our gardener will look after you. In any case you're always welcome to ask us about any need you might have.

“Funzionale e vivibile con una buona accoglienza”

La casa è ottimale per tre/ quattro ospiti ma è ben congenita per una vivibilità da mare . Il rapporto qualità / prezzo è centrato.

“Casa chiusa da tempo”

La casa era chiusa da tempo e quindi sporca e maleodorante, sconsigliata a chi soffre di allergie. Priva di aria condizionata e con pale al soffitto nella camera molto rumorose.

Response from the owner E' la prima volta che mi capita un ospite con cui lo scambio di contatti si è limitato a quelli di rito legati alla prenotazione. Con tutti gli altri alla conferma della prenotazione seguono mail e telefonate per accordi e richieste varie che ho sempre evaso con cordialità e disponibilità. Nessuno si è mai lamentato e se ci sono stati problemi o esigenze particolari le abbiamo sempre risolte velocemente. A riprova di questo diversi ospiti sono tornati di anno in anno. Peccato che loro non abbiano recensito l'appartamento. In questo caso, invece, non so neanche chi sia stato in casa mia, dato che alla mia mail di benvenuto e indicazioni per il check-in, l'ospite ha risposto con due parole sbrigative e altrettanto silenziosamente mi ha lasciato casa con il divano sfondato. Motivo per cui è anche la prima volta che trattengo il deposito cauzionale. Da cui, deduco, il feedback negativo che leggo solo ora e cui rispondo. L'appartamento è abitato solo nel periodo estivo e viene pulito, senza spese per gli ospiti, prima e dopo ogni soggiorno. Nessun soggetto allergico ha mai avuto problemi. Le pale nella camera sono rumorose se vengono azionate alla velocità massima che non occorre mai neanche nelle notti più afose, tanto meno quest'ultimo agosto che è stato mite come a tutti noto. Quanto all'aria condizionata nell'annuncio non è elencata quindi non può essere una nota negativa.
