La Sardegna, l'Isola piu bella del mondo :-)
Per tutti gli appassionati della Sardegna sud, a Cagliari, 1° piano con vista mare, a due passi dalle bellissime spiagge di Sant'Andrea 500 metri a piedi dalla casa. L'appartamento si trova all'interno di un residence privato e curatissimo dove si trovano: campo da tennis, campo da calcio e un enorme spazio verde. L'appartamento ha tutti i mobili nuovi compreso i materassi , 2 camere da letto per adulti, un salone con camino e divano letto matrimoniale, 1 cucina open. Il bagno è nuovo con doccia, 2 grandi balconi di cui uno con vista mare. La vista è spettacolare. Tv nel salone e nella camera da letto, wifi . Il residence è calmo e rilassante e si trova nelle vicinanze di supermercati, ristoranti , pizzerie , farmacie, gelaterie e giochi acquatici per ragazzi. La zona nelle vicinanze è servita di tutte le comodità. Parcheggio all'interno del residence chiuso da un cancello elettrico privato. Sono compresi : lavatrice, asciugacapelli, biancheria, asciugamani, coperte, lenzuola, piatti, pentole, bicchieri, climatizzatore, ventilatori in ogni camera, etc .. e tutto cio che serve per trascorrere una vacanza all'insegna della tranquillità come foste a casa vostra. Una cauzione preventiva in caso di dannidi 300 Euro verrà trattenuta da Tripadvisor che vi verra restituita a fine vacanza. Le pulizie di fine vacanza si pagano a parte direttamente alla donna delle pulizie a fine vacanza (euro 100). Su richiesta è possibile avere una culletta per neonati. Per gli interessati scrivete a questa email lasciando il vostro numero di telefono o email e verrete ricontattati al più presto. Per qualsiasi ulteriore richiesta non avete che da chiedere e vedremo come trovare un accordo :-) nessun problema :-)

“SUPERS VACANCES”
Merci Anastasia pour ces moments magnifiques que nous avons passés dans votre appartement avec vue sur la mer. L'endroit est très agréable est bien situé, à 5 mn à pied d'une plage de galets et 20 mn de celles avec sable. Il était très agréable de se rendre à pied le soir dans le petit restaurant sympatique que vous nous avez indiqué. C'est un lieu stratégique entre la capitale Cagliari (30mn en voiture) où il fait bon flâner en soirée et les différentes plages vers l'ouest comme vers l'est. L'appartement est neuf, très confortable (climatisation, ventilation, volets à lamelles orientables, store). Tous les produits de base sont disponibles. Anastasia qui est une personne très chaleureuse a le souci de rendre nos vacances les plus détendues possible et est toujours à notre disposition pour nous indiquer des endroits à visiter. A refaire!

“Appartamento curato e pulito con vista mare”
L'appartamento è al primo piano con vista mare, arredato bene e con cura, gradevole anche nei giorni di vento caldo dall'Africa grazie alle pale o all'aria condizionata. In posizione strategica tra Cagliari e le spiagge che portano a Villasimius.
