Description
Healthy Environment Synthetics free in the construction of this " Cabaña ". 2,150 mts above Sea Level. The Long-live people in México live arround here.
Palo Zorro cabin is 30 kms away from Querétaro Humanity Heritage city. Querétaro State On the way to San Miguel Allende.
Cabin is located in a semi rural comunity full of life.
Located in a 11,000 sq mts semidesert land at the border of a 150 rural houses comunity, "Palo Zorro" ( Fox stick ) Cabin is in complete communion with nature.
This 2015 year we started a community Production work shops.
Main second floor is the Master bedroom with desk, computer, Big Telescope, Microscope ( in case needed ) dressing and cloths space. A full bathroom with beautiful view and cross ventilation. King size confortable bed and pillows.
Fisrt floor is the living space with Cantina long Tzalam wood cover in the kitchen with small refrigerator with freezer inside integrated with 2 single and one triple sofas, full bathroom and terrace.
The cabin has a passive heat system that sustains the indoor temperature at 24 °C upstairs and 2 °C less downstairs, all year arround except summer season that both temperatures drop 2 to 3 °C.
First floor has isolated Pizzara floor including the terrace. Second floor has Cantera floor, a soft and warm floor to be arround barefoot and in Winter when humidity droops, you can drop some water and it absorb the wáter and slowly "humidifies" the atmosphere in case needed.
Hiking and biking fits very good in this place.
There is a small libray with Horticural, plants and local plants, birds, Architecture, and mexican culture books. Birds of prey are commoly seen ( and the neigbourg has Pigeons ).
Hands on is allowed. Potatos and bulbs área "easy" growing. There are Tunas and Garambullos fruits in the place ( cactaceae ). I´ve planted an Olive tree 10 ft high.
Telescope is a never ending journey, and Querétaro is famoous for its Sky Vault
Small same never ending world can be seeing by the Microscope with USB connection for photos and videos.
Foxs may visit you.
Even you are IN the middle of the semidesert, you have friendly humble next-by neighbours.
