“worst place ever”

Response from the owner Brian's comments about our property is wrong. As anyone with an ounce of intelligence can see, his description is contrary to the excellent feedback provided by our other guests who have stayed at the same property. It is interesting that to point out that Brian stayed at the property for the entire period of his booking. Not once did he request to check out. Sadly, Brian was a guest who by his own admission had no an appreciation of the difference between a hotel and a self catering apartment as he had "always stayed in hotels". He also didn't accept the fact that it was his responsibility to have read documented services information that we provided to him about facilities at the property. In all of our dealings with Brian, he was extremely aggressive, patronizing and very unpleasant in tone and language, both with myself and with the staff at our property, needless to say such extreme aggression and abuse did not endear him to anyone which was rather unfortunate. Even though we have, as a gesture of goodwill refunded to this man 50% of his booking fee, despite the fact that him and his large family stayed in our property for the entire period of his booking, he still made it his business to write these unfair comments about our property. Naturally, we don't like unhappy guests and we always do our very best to give our guests excellent experiences but there are some guests you'd rather never have accommodated with hindsight and here is one of such.

It’s been a while that we visited Sea breeze, but there are still a lot of positive memories! Go there! It is a quiet and great apartment with a nice view to the seaside! Andy and his team and also the neighbours are fantastic! We rented some scooters and drove 10 min. to unbelievable nice and empty beaches! That’s how holiday must be!!!!
