Wonderful 220m² apartment with free views of the sea and Natural Pools!

Tastefully decorated, Art and Design. 5 minutes from the sea.

Balcony with sea view, large living room with 4 rooms, Smart cable TV, Wifi.

Apple TV in the rooms, Netiflix, Air conditioning and Ceiling fan in all rooms, Fribogar in room 3. All rooms with wardrobes, desk, lamp, bed linen and towels. Two suites with private bathroom. One washed.

Full kitchen, wine cellar in the kitchen.

Full service area.

Information: The apartment does not have protective screens on the windows (For children).

HOUSE RULES:

As a matter of hygiene I recommend not to wear shoes when you arrive from the street into the apartment.

- Manter o apartamento limpo e organizado.

GERAL:

- Por favor, não jogue papel, lenços úmidos no vaso sanitário, use a lixeira.

- Por favor, desligar ar condicionado, luzes, ventilador e aparelhos eletronicos ao sair do quarto e/ou apartamento.

- Feche as janelas quando você sair do quarto, da sala de estar, varanda e do apartamento; o tempo pode mudar de repente e o vento traz chuva para dentro.

- Na área externa, nos jardins do edifício tem um grande chuveiro para ser usado depois de voltar da praia e tirar a areia do corpo antes de subir para o apartamento pelo elevador de serviço..

- O lixo deve ser esvaziado nos baldes de lixo grandes que ficam por trás da porta de ferro/porta corta fogo em frente ao elevador de serviço, que são recolhidos diariamente evitando atrair insetos.

INFORMAÇÃO.
