Description
Constantine Villa is a charming holiday home in Reggio Calabria, with pool, private parking and a large park of 6000 square meters perfect for your holidays at sea even with your animal friends. An ideal place for small groups lovers of privacy and nature. A little paradise, nestled in the middle of the Strait of Messina, surrounded by more than 10,000 square meters of completely private and discreet held, and of which more than 6,000 meters equipped to fully enjoy the Mediterranean climate magic with the ultimate in privacy, with pool and exclusive dining area also outside, gazebo, hammocks, and then lawns, palm trees and fruit trees, trampoline, external services "dedicated" to the pool, large parking lot, also wi-fi outside, it may bring animals ( if well behaved), and the ability to accommodate groups up to 10 people. - The Dwelling of the early '900 farmhouse recently renovated, air-conditioned, wooden roof with exposed beams. It composed of a large living room with dining room with tv 45 inches, with attached kitchen and 3 double bedrooms, all three with private bath. Outside, a large patio with couches, hammocks and dining with private barbecue table and breathtaking views of the garden and the Strait of Messina. - The pool The pool area is complete with brick gazebo with kitchen, sink, barbecue, dining table and hi-fi system. (The bathroom can already be done in May, and wanting even earlier - on request). The Villa is located on the seafront Catona again, the beach is across the road and the bike path (right across from the gate). The waterfront is full of restaurants and bars, with supermarkets, post office, ATM etc in the immediate vicinity. We are less than thirty kilometers from Gambarie d'Aspromonte, where you can ski in winter and throughout the year you can celebrate the renowned local gastronomy, or trekking on fantastic trails, dominating gaze across the strait, the Aeolian islands and Mount Etna.
