The villa can accommodate 8 people in beds and up to 10 people.
Layout of our villa:
The villa is divided into two buildings and totally independent houses which share the same garden, giving you an advantage to stay in the same house with your friends and have your own private space!
Both buildings together are a total of 160 square meters offering 4 bedrooms, 2 kitchen areas, 4 bathrooms and 2 living room areas!
More specifically, the right part of the villa has only one ground floor which contains the living room with HD satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom with shower, one bedroom with 2 single beds and the main bedroom which also has an enclosure bathroom with shower.
The left part of the villa contains another living room area with HD satellite TV, another fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower in the ground floor. Guests also have access to Viber.
On the first floor there is only the main bedroom with an enclosure bathroom with shower and finally in the attic of the house you will find another bedroom with 2 single beds.
All of our bedrooms have orthopedic mattresses and air condition.
In outdoor the villa offers 100% privacy even if it is located in the middle of the village, having neighbor houses next to it!
Between the two separate buildings in an area of 150 sq. meters you will be able to enjoy the 25 sqm swimming pool which is located in a higher level offering safety for young children, the barbecue and the dinning area under the trees' shadow.

We would just like to let you know that if you care to avail of this facility it has to be pre booked.
“Excellent place to stay especially for a larger group”
Lovely Villa consisting of two buildings, both excellently equipped having two fully equipped kitchens, with two cookers, etc. was really good for a big family like ours. A lot of bedrooms and 4 bathrooms is a big plus point. The swimming pool is raised so perfect for the safety of our little granddaughter (2 years old) the main reason we chose this villa. Of course you still need to watch her, to stop her climbing the few steps up to the pool, but there was no danger of falling into the pool within seconds. The villa buildings are beautifully decorated with natural stones, etc. In the quiet and small village of Pigi with a small, but fully equipped Supermarket 2 minutes away. If you forget something they are still open until 10 pm, apart from Sundays, close earlier, which we took advantage of many times. The supervision and assistance by the rental agency, excellent.

Een prachtige villa op een hele mooie plek. Het huis heeft alles wat u nodig heeft voor een heerlijke, relaxte vakantie. Stranden, winkels, restaurants zijn allemaal dichtbij, wat heel fijn is. “Tres belle maison pour un grand groupe, calme et jolie”
Tout s'est tres bien passee, l'organisation ainsi que la maison etait nikel. La piscine est top est le cadre tres chaleureureux. Les 2 maisons se rejoingnent sur un bel endroit de partage dans un cadre tres calme (hormis les cigales :-)). Nous recommandons cet endroit dans ce village typique grec.

“Deux villas independantes vraiment cools pour notre voyage entre amis”
Les deux villas sont vraiment fonctionnelles, la climatisation est presente dans chaque piece ce qui est indispensable en Crete! L`une possede un tout petit lave vaisselle et l`autre un normal donc la vaisselle peut etre un peu embetante si vous etes beaucoup mais on y arrive au final.Les chambres sont tres confortables dans les deux villas tout comme les salles de bain. Avoir une piscine plutot grande est vraiment qc d`agreable pour ensuite se poser sur des transats presents dans la villa. L`originalite des cles se trouvant dans une boite fermee par un code est vraiment bien, cela permet de laisser les cles si vous ne rentrez pas tous ensemble. Pigi est un village sympathique ou il ne faut pas faire trop de bruit a partir de 23h, la premiere plage est a 25-30 min a pied et 10-15 min en bus (tickets = 1 euro) et ce nest vraiment pas loin en bus de Retymnon, platanias, Chania... Je pense quil est necessaire davoir une voiture cest plus pratique.

“2 sehr schoene Villen mit Pool”
2 moderne Villen mit Aussenpool. perfekt fuer Familien (mit Kindern), aber auch fuer Partygruppen. In der Naehe von Rethymno gelegen. Nur Kleinigkeiten die zu bemaengeln waeren (kalter Pool, keine Ablagemoeglichkeiten fuer Sachen in der Dusche oder Haken...). Supermarkt und Baecker sind gleich um die Ecke. zum strand 5 min mit dem Auto, wobei der naechste Strand nicht unbedingt der beste ist. wenn man einen schoenen strand sucht, dann muss man schon etwas weiter fahren (ca.30min nach Bali zum Beispiel). Im Ganzen 2 tolle Haeuser, die uns bis auf einige kleinigkeiten sehr gefallen haben.

the villa had large space, was equiped with everything we needed and was very cozy, all the faclities that were promised worked properly, there is a resturant, grocery, pub and a bakery very close to to the villa, there is privecy and quiet enviorment. the staff were very helpful.and fixed any problem very quickly we enjoyed our time in arxonitko villa very much

“Sehr schöner Urlaub, tolles Apartment, super Service, netter Planer!”
Wir hatten eine tolle Woche, Stadt Rethymnon ganz in der Nähe und sehr weitläufiger schöner Strand in der Nähe. Das Haus liegt in einem schönen kleinen Dorf, man ist unter Einheimischen und wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein Supermarkt ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar und ein gutes, einfaches Restaurant oben an der Straße, ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar. DAs Haus ist modern eingerichtet und wirklich sehr schön. Übrigens haben wir noch ein Welcome Paket bekommen, unser Kühlschrank war gefüllt und wir ein paar Flaschen Wasser noch dazu. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Danke

“nice stay in great houses”
We spent one week in Pigi village, the houses were well equiped(Linen was furnished and cleaned) and situated in a nice typical village with restaurants and a couple shops. Stavros gave us a good welcome (there was already food in the kitchen) and was very informative. During the week a cleaning lady came and a guy came two times to clean the pool.
