New, comfortable apartment at an exceptional price! Located only 1 Km west from Rio Marina center, 1.2 Km from mooring dock where ferries tie up and 1.4 Km from the nearest beach, it can be easily reached by car, by foot or by bus. There is a private parking in front of the villa with access through automatic gate.
It is a spacious ground floor apartment of 60 sqm with a loft, which makes part of San Giuseppe villa. On the ground floor there is a living room featuring a kitchenette and a double sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. The living room is linked by an internal staircase with a loft which is high 1.60 meter and furnished with two single beds. So, it can be perfect for children.
There is a large outdoor space for outdoor dining and relaxation. There you can also find a barbecue, an outdoor sink and second shower with hot water.
Within the area there are good restaurants, pizzeria and snack bar (La Bruschetta, Le Venelle). You can find an elementary shop (Unicoop Tirreno) and Mulini bar and tobacconist's at only 150 meters from the villa.
The nearest beaches are Ortano , Luisi Angelo, Porticciolo, Topinetti, Cala Seregola etc.
Rio Marina is a lovely little town on the North Est of the island. Here you can also find Napoleon's House which is situated in the centre of the town and Togliatti house situated 1 km from Rio Marina. If you have children they will really enjoy Parco MInerario dell'Isola d'Elba where they can dig for treasure.
This apartment is ideal either for a romantic get away or for a family with children who could enjoy a sense of freedom in this quiet, green area.
