Up to 8 separate bedrooms possible as top and bottom floors are flexible enabling big groups to be comfortably accommodated in separate rooms. 20 mins from SEA & 25 mins to Nice airport, equidistant from Antibes, Cannes & NIce. Valbonne, St Paul de Vence, Mougins 15 minutes. Pool. Optional Sauna, Hammam, Outdoor Spa.

580 sq. m. villa,+ A/C in all rooms. Possible to have 8 separate bedrooms as 2 suites are flexible.

Large Heated swimming pool, (supplement for heating off-season) Gated swimming pool area, Outdoor Spa for 7, BARBQ, Dining Pavilion, Breakfast Patio, Independent apartment sleeps 6. 15 minutes from the New relaxing and fantastic Indoor-outdoor shopping Mall ( one of the biggest in France) the Polygone Riviera in Cagnes-sur-Mer, where you can shop, eat, go to the movies, to the Casino or theatre as well as enjoy the beautiful gardens and water features.
