Vous serez à coup sur séduit par notre charmant studio entièrement refait à neuf. Idéalement situé à 200m seulement de la gare de Rouen, dans une authentique Maison de Maitre Rouennaise. Que ce soit pour les loisirs ou vos voyages d’affaire sa situation est l'endroit idéal pour rayonner facilement sur l'Hypercentre ou l'agglomération. Nous avons essayé de penser à tout pour votre séjour.

- Avant votre arrivée nous vous envoyons notre guide personnel pour préparer au mieux votre visite, il retrace tous les aspects pratiques de votre séjour (logement, commerces, bars restaurants, urgences...) ainsi qu'un itinéraire conseillé pour ne pas louper les "essentiels" de Rouen.

- Plan de Rouen fourni à votre arrivée

- Le guide de bienvenue disponible dans votre logement.

- L’appartement est situé au -1 de la résidence, très calme pas de vis à vis (non accessible pour les personnes handicapés)
