RyeView is currently ongoing a refurbishment, we are unable to take on bookings as we cannot confirm availability of our property.

RyeView is a 4 star VisitEngland Graded property; only 5 minutes walk from the centre of Rye, with private gated parking for 3 cars directly outside your door– a luxury in Rye.

Rye is a great base anytime of year, always something to do, with excellent restaurants – to get your taste buds inspired. Cooking courses, original recipes in restaurants or why not buy from the local shops Rye Bay Fish, Salts Farm, Castle Farm and cook at home.

You can find a wide variety of Antique, Arts and Craft shops to walk around, with tea and coffee shops to refresh the palette afterwards; a perfect place to amble without pressure. Rye has a choice of restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets day or evening.

If you are a keen bird watcher RyeView is only a stone's throw away from Rye Habour famous Nature Reserve, Castle Water and the new hides.

The house has been built to a high standard, following the traditional local building style in the area but with all the comforts of a modern home. The house inside has been furnished with great flair to provide an extremely comfortable and attractive accommodation of 4 star VisitEngland grading.

Rye View is a three-storey house consisting of two double bedrooms, with the option of a zip and link bed in the main bedroom, bathroom/shower room, cloakroom, lounge, and dining room with fully fitted kitchen and all amenities. The house has been fitted with quality furnishings, sprung beds, large comfy sofa and a Swedish designed kitchen. You'll find a private garden and parking for three cars, a luxury in Rye.

All services, linen, WI/FI Broadband, telephone for incoming calls included in the cost of your holiday. We pride ourselves on presenting the house to the highest standard of cleanliness yet with a homely character with those extra touches to make your holiday perfect. We understand that you may be tired from your journey and in need of a hot drink and a bite to eat, which is provided in your Welcome Pack.

Out of Season – you will find quiet walks on the beach without the crowds, traditional local pub with excellent food and a log fire to warm you after a good walk – what could be more relaxing. “Ideal base”

Would recommend Rye View as an ideal base for a relaxing holiday (although probably more suitable for adults than young children). It is clean, well - maintained and comfortable and a convenient short stroll from historic Rye, restaurants, pubs, shops and walks. Owner made courtesy cal to check all was ok so I'm sure would be happy to advise if there was a problem.

“Excellent holiday home”

This 2 bed town house is superb and in an excellent location , just 5 minutes walk into Rye. Everything in the house is of the highest quality, the kitchen is well equipped and the beds are really comfortable. We spent a wonderful 5 nights at Ryeview. There is such a lot to do in the area. Visited several National Trust properties, walked around the delightful town of Rye and also had lovely walks east of Camber Sands and down to Rye Harbour through the meadows. Eating out in Rye was superb, we loved Tuscan Kitchen and Landgate Bistro for fine dining. All in all a lovely break. Jacquie was so easy and helpful to deal with.

“our month in Rye”

We had a flood in our house so we stayed in this house while the work was completed. It took longer than expected nearly four weeks! A very comfortable house with everything provided,good wi-fi and c omputer connections.Ideally situated car parking for 3 cars and only a 5 min. walk into town. The beds were very comfortable, good quality linen and pillows. A nice welcome pack including wine! Anybody who wants to visit the lovely old town of Rye would be hard pressed to better this property.
