Description
Charming end terraced steading conversion within the beautiful conservation village of Kingsbarns & just 6 miles from St.Andrews.Ten minutes walk to the beach The house provides a high standard of accommodation with plenty of space to unwind and relax.
There is easy access to the coastal path, golf courses and the beach. (Kingsbarns Links is a course that should be high on your list of must play golf courses in Fife).
Ideal for families or golfers alike. Private parking is provided. There is an enclosed child friendly garden with summerhouse at the back of the house with a patio area .
The house is fully equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The upstairs family bathroom has recently been refurbished and now has a shower enclosure replacing the bath . The downstairs cloakroom has a wc and wash hand basin only .
Bed linen and towels provided for all stays of 1 week however for rentals less than one week bed linen is not provided
BT Broadband wifi has been installed .

“Fantastic!”
The Yards is an ideal home away from home. It's lovely and spacious and has everything you need. We've visited twice now with 2 young children. It's a short walk to the beautiful beach and from there you can walk to Cambo Estate. St Andrews is a short drive away. There is a parking space not far from the door and there's also an enclosed garden which is lovely to sit out in and the kids enjoyed playing in. Angela, the owner, was very quick to respond to emails and had great recommendations for things to do. We were never bored, even with the restrictions in place. We are hoping to go back next year.

“Comfortable house in great location”
We really enjoyed our stay in this cosy comfortable house which caters to all of your needs. The host was lovely too. It’s close by to one of the prettiest beaches and a 10min drive to the beautiful St Andrews, where my children loved the aquarium on a rainy day. The only 1 tiny criticism I would have is that the property doesn’t have a bath which made the bedtime routine with my kids a bit harder. Would definitely recommend though.
