Description

This is a COVID certified resort. This gorgeous fully renovated, tranquil, ground-floor, modern garden studio condominium has been decorated to provide you with a Caribbean feel. It sleeps up to three and is located just steps from Antigua's premier beach, Dickenson Bay. Great location!

The condo is clean, has new tile throughout, a new king size bed, and a futon that converts to a bed. Best suited for two adults and one child. Amenities include a fully renovated kitchenette stocked with utensils, a new stove, updated cabinetry, new corian countertops, a microwave oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, and an electric tea kettle. The bathroom is fully renovated with a floating sink, a soft-close toilet, and a rain showerhead in the spacious walk-in shower. There is also a spacious walk-in closet with an in-room safe large enough to store a laptop computer. The condo also includes a mounted TV with full swivel capability and cable. The lamps even have a USB port to charge your devices. The outside patio has a table with dining space for four and two lounge chairs. Free WiFi is available throughout the resort property. There is also a resort shared swimming pool that is a comfortable walk from the condo. Beach towels are provided through the housekeeping service.

Additionally, maid service is offered every other day, however, towels and washcloths may be exchanged daily through the housekeeping service. 24 hour on-premise security is provided.

“Birthday weekend”

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Residential Rental (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
