Dans une résidence sécurisée de 4 étages avec ascenseur et piscine, ce 2 pièces d’environ 45m² équipé pour 4 personnes et classé 2*, est situé à proximité du Port Santa Lucia, des commerces, du centre ville, des plages de sable et face aux criques du Parc Santa Lucia.

Au 2ème étage, exposition Sud/Ouest avec vue piscine, ce logement est composé d'un séjour (canapé-lit 2 personnes gigogne 90x190) avec cuisine américaine (plaque vitrocéramique 4 feux, four combiné micro-ondes, frigo/congélateur), une chambre avec 2 lits simple (90x190) pouvant faire un grand lit, une salle de bain avec douche, WC et lave-linge. Le séjour et la chambre donnent accès à une terrasse de 12m² avec salon de jardin. TV, Climatisation, WIFI, Parking dans résidence non privative, Piscine.
