Quality villa in classic style with great comfort. Striking pool house with tower and roof terrace. Also suitable for business meetings or larger groups. The villa is located on the luxurious 'Domain Les Virgiles' in the hills of Ste. Maxime. The distance to Ste. Maxime and the beach is 5 minutes by car. Other distances: 15 km Saint Tropez, Cannes 55 km, Nice 90 km. If you are with a large group you can also rent the adjacent villa (A000163), these both villas have accommodation for 20 people.
This beautiful villa is high quality, built to the highest quality standards and finished with the best materials. The entrance, living room, kitchen and 3 bedrooms with bathroom are located on the ground floor. 2 large bedrooms with air conditioning and bathroom are on the first floor as well as the third bedroom. The hallway leads into the spacious living room with open kitchen. The tastefully decorated living room has comfortable seating and Internet. The luxury kitchen has all the modern appliances, including a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer combination. There are 6 spacious bedrooms with 2 full size beds, 5 of which have air conditioning. The 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor have double beds of 180 wide, the third bedroom 2 separate beds of 90 cm, and on the ground floor in the 3 bedrooms there are beds with separate mattresses dimensions of each 2 x 90 cm wide. In the 5 modern bathrooms, there are 3 with bath and 2 with shower.
The villa is on a completely fenced property with an electric gate. A wide driveway brings you to the house, with parking for 10 cars. In the garden there is a large swimming pool (18 x 5 meters) with an electric role tarpaulin can be covered. Around the house and the pool is a large terrace of 200 m2, with several seats with sun beds and lounge sets. Particularly, the architect-designed pool house with built outdoor kitchen and bar, in the form of a tower with a roof top terrace which offers a magnificent view over the surrounding area and the sea.

Response from the manager I am sorry to read your comments. Unfortunately you have not informed us at any moment about the airconditioning, we were only informed about this by the next customer. 4 days after we received the information from that new customer a new airconditioner was installed. As you can see in previous reviews customers are in general quite happy in this villa, which for a villa for 12 people in Sainte Maxime is well priced. It is correct that there is an issue with 1 toilet, there are no spare parts to be found to fix this, but there are in total 6 toilets in the villa, including the one that does not flush well. When the pool person came to maintain the pool he found the poolhouse door open, and the pumps not functioning. After treating the pool, and having turned on the pumps again the pool turned to its normal blue colour. The house manager has now been changed.
