lavilla-harmony à Saint-Thibault-des-Vignes est une jolie maison située à 11 km de DISNEYLAND, à 4km des JO de canoë/kayak/aviron accessible directement depuis la villa par une piste cyclable, à 28 km de PARIS et près du centre commercial VAL D'EUROPE. "La villa Harmony : Belle villa avec piscine de 7 à 9 personnes proche Disneyland et Paris" dispose de son propre site internet.
La villa est située en zone résidentielle au sein d'un village très calme avec jardin arboré entièrement clôturé de 2500 m², grande terrasse 38 m² env. et barbecue au bois (bois fourni). Pour 7 personnes avec possibilité d'accueillir jusqu'à 9 personnes (supplément 65€/nuit/personne). Plus, me demander. Proche centre du village. Supermarché à moins de 2 km.
La Villa occupe trois niveaux.
En rez-de-chaussée :
- 1 grand séjour 38 m² env. avec cheminée
- 2 chambres individuelles (3+2 couchages)

- 1 cabinet de toilette
- 1 WC séparé équipé d'un jet lavant pour toilette intime

ANIMAUX Les chiens d'assistance sont acceptés sans frais supplémentaires. Les chiens de compagnie sont acceptés (15€/nuit et par chien) sous réserve qu'ils soient bien élevés, qu'ils ne gênent pas le voisinage par des aboiements intempestifs et qu'ils ne couchent pas dans les chambres. Les FETES et RECEPTIONS sont formellement INTERDITES. Le non-respect de cette clause entraîne la rupture du contrat et donc un départ immédiat de la villa.
L'utilisation de la PISCINE est placée sous la responsabilité des adultes. L'alarme ne remplace pas la surveillance humaine. Soyez vigilants. La notice de l'alarme vous est fournie en anglais et en français. Toutes les explications quant à son fonctionnement vous sont fournies à votre arrivée.

Vous l'avez compris je fais tout ce qui en mon possible pour faciliter le séjour de mes locataires car les vacances, c'est important!!! Cette année j'ai transformé toute la cuisine pour une plus grande fonctionnalité et un meilleur confort de vie. Elle est donc neuve et hyper moderne. L'année dernière j'avais refait le living, changé la cheminée équipé la rampe du garage et la terrasse de protections... Tous les ans il y a quelque chose de nouveau. Je vous ai confié ma villa sans inquiétude et vous en avez grand pris soin. Un grand merci. Vous avez été de supers locataires. J'espère qu'on se reverra un jour.
