Description
This modern villa is situated above the truly Spanish town of Salobreña, which is considered to be the gem of the Costa Tropical. The villa has a light & airy design with lots of large windows so the amazing sea views & cobalt blue skies can be enjoyed throughout. The villa has exceptional views to the sea, mountains and the Moorish castle of Salobrena.
The villa has stunning sea views, sun all day long, a private, heated infinity pool with an automatic cover, a hot tub, hot and cold air conditioning, WIFI internet access and satellite TV.
The villa has an off road parking area. Inside the gate a staircase takes you to the front door. On the entry level, there is an open plan living room with an integrated, contemporary kitchen. Large sliding glass doors allow you to enjoy the blue skies and wonderful sea views from inside and offer direct access onto the pool terrace.
Additionally on this level, there are 3 bedrooms, one of which has a king size bed and en suite bathroom.
The 2 other bedrooms have 3 twin beds, one of which is tucked away and used when necessary. This two bedrooms have use of a family bathroom with a large walk-in shower. From all bedrooms you have access to the terrace.
There is also a guest toilet and a utility room on the entry level.
Upstairs, there is a large terrace and the master bedroom that has breathtaking, panoramic views, a private terrace and an en suite bathroom. The en suite bathroom has a large tub from which you can enjoy the wonderful sea views.
If you want to experience a holiday with style, then reserve now as this villa is bound to become one of our most popular holiday rental villas! For added convenience, the communal recreational area that has 2 pools, a football pitch, playground and tennis court is just a 2 minute walk away.
You will be comfortable here no matter what time of year you come as we have both central hot and cold air conditioning and a heated pool. Everyone will love relaxing in the hot tub !
Pool heating is optional and will be charged separately.
The costs for pool heating up to 28 degrees are:
October 1st to April 30th: 175 euros
May 1st to September 30th: 125 euros
The costs for heating from 28 degrees are 25 euros per degree per week

You enter this villa through the level entrance and encounter a spacious hall with doors taht lead you to the open plan living and dining area and the fully equipped, open-plan kitchen.
This living area connects to the pool terrace with dining table, perfect for enjoying breakfast or a drink while enjoying the stunning views.
This entrance level of this family holiday villa offers 3 bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms on this level comprise 3 single beds each, one of the single beds is tucked away. All bedrooms have access to the nice terrace surrounding the pool. There is a family bathroom on this level and a guest toilet as well.
Around the corner of the kitchen there is also an utility room containing the washing machine and tumble dryer.
Upstairs we find the spacious master bedroom with en-suite bathroom featuring a tub from where you enjoy the most stunning sea views. It has its own private terrace as well. You will enjoy the open views to the sea and the Morish castle of Salobrena, which is illuminated at night from here!
This villa has an automatic gate and offers safe parking space in front of the house on the plot for two cars!
