Nice 36 m apt close of the Stella Mares Beach. Close to Supermarket, shoppings, bars, restaurants, and a lot of services.
Large living, american kitchen, air conditioning, garden, closed condominium, parking, quiet, safety, plazas with many trees full of birds, playground, childrens and adult swimming pool.
Surroundings we have shoppings, supermarkets, excellent restaurants, bars, bodybuilding gym, public transport, beauty saloon, pharmacy, and many others services very close.
airport nearly 8 km with public and private transport.
Ecological tourism very close in the "Park Dunes" to walking and more. Nice and friendly Beach of Stella Mares for bath, relax, snorking, surf, diving and smim in the natural swimming pools.
Our apt has 42 m2 very confortable and well distributed with a large bed room and a large living room, a american kichen with all floor at porcelanato and bathroom with blindex glass. Internet wireless, air conditioning and very close of the beach.
It´s apropriated for 2 people but can acomodate easily 6 persons with a regular bed a sub bed, and a couple coach bed and hammock.
In the garden we have a big shower to be used when returning of the beach for taking out the salt as well a outside granite table with aluminium chairs to be used to sit outside, chat and relax when the time pass by or even to make a barbecue.
In the kitchen we have all of the principal utensils do cook and and outside we have a washing machine comum for the apts as well a area to dry clothes.
Personalized service ( me, my wife or one o my children will do the check in), and explain coveniences, passwords to internet and ready to solve any problems that could happen while renting
quiet neighborhood, nice clima, harmony with nature all together with a five minutes walk till reach the beach. comerce, services, bars, restaurans of national and international cousine of high level, very close. Large shopping malls with cinemas and a variety of shops in Parallela and North Coast and if you want great prices and high quality should not fail to visit the recently opened Outlet Premium Salvador , only 15 km near the toll on the green line . Malls reference as Iguatemi Salvador and 15 km .
Salvador has a great historical center , with many museums , bars and restaurants with food from all parts of the world, located in Pelourinho .

“Bueno y atentos los dueños!!”
El departamento bien equipado, muy seguro el lugar en donde se encuentra y próximo a la playa!!. No hemos recibido el reintegro del deposito de garantía, tampoco se a donde lo enviaran!!
