Manor House of the early ' 900, located in the lush Umbrian countryside 3 km from San Gemini, a lovely medieval village known for its waters and for the historical re-enactments of the ring Race held annually since the last week of September until the second Sunday of October. Among the events from mensionare, the Flower Festival in celebration of Corpus Christi and outdoor summer events in the courtyards of the old patrician houses, including mensionare is a festival of classical music and jazz of high level in July.
The location of the House is ideal to reach not only Perugia and Assisi (ca. 40 ' and 45 ' drive), but also Roma, reachable in one hour by car or train. Many other places of tourist and cultural interest are quickly reachable: Narni, the Marmore falls and Piediluco; Todi; Orvieto, Civita di Bagno but also that is already in the Reggio province of Viterbo and many others.
The surrounding countryside is a palette of endless shades of green which shines silvery flap of the leaves of olives.
It's great to walk in the morning soaking in the landscape respirandone brisk air.
The climate from April until early autumn is usually pleasant, cool at night, rarely muggy in the summer.
The House, recently renovated and whose furniture has been almost completely renovated, is arranged on three floors. At ground floor there is a kitchen with large fireplace and oven, a lounge and a toilet with washing machine. On the first floor there are two large double bedrooms (extra bed) and bathroom with shower. Attic floor there is another bedroom. In front of the House there is a fenced yard.
Is it possible to get B&B treatment, support for organizing tours and language assistance (we speak: Italian, English, German, French and Spanish).
The weekly cost of rental charges 360 € is to be applicable from May to October for up to 4 people-from 5-6 people listing to 390€. Possibility of availability during the winter months.
