" WHEN GOD CREATED PARADISE THOUGHT OF SARDINIA AND ESPECIALLY OF SINIS "
Sulla costa occidentale della Sardegna , a Funtana Meiga , villaggio nella Penisola del Sinis , terra ricca di storia , affittasi appartamento luminosissimo e dotato di tutti i confort , al primo piano di una villetta curatissima . Un ampio balcone abitabile proprio sul mare ( a circa 50 m.), attrezzato x piacevoli colazioni all'aperto e che offre tramonti mai uguali e un giardino ricco di ulivi, rosmarini ,elicrisi e di altre essenze profumate lo rendono ideale x vacanze assolutamente speciali . Il verde e' il colore dominante sia all'esterno , con la macchia mediterranea del giardino ,che all'interno . Adiacente il balcone un vasto soggiorno di circa 40 mq. fa entrare il profumo del mare in casa attraverso le sue ampie porte-finestra . Angolo cottura con ulteriore balcone adiacente . 2 camere da letto , una matrimoniale , spaziosissima e con vista mare anche dalla sua finestra , e l'altra con 2 letti singoli. Altri 2 posti letto nella mansarda anch'essa con panorama eccezionale . Bagno con doccia + doccia esterna calda .
CONDIZIONATORI INVERTER IN TUTTI GLI AMBIENTI .

E' dotato di sistemi di allarme .
Davanti all'alloggio " NESSUN TETTO " . Solo mare ed una piccola striscia di flora mediterranea oltre i cancelli d'ingresso . A cena ,nello spazioso balcone fronte mare , lambito da un ulivo a cui si e' totalmente avvinghiato un gelsomino, arriva il profumo del mare e dei fiori intorno .
La casa si trova proprio al centro del Lungomare , ad eguale distanza da San Giovanni di Sinis sulla sinistra e l'Oasi Naturalistica di Seu a destra , raggiungibili a piedi da casa in circa 15 minuti .
Sia la passeggiata verso San Giovanni , attraverso le dune , che quella verso Seu percorrendo un piccolo sentiero a bordo spiaggia , offrono scenari straordinari .
Andando verso San Giovanni vi sorprendera' imbattervi nella cosidetta " Sala da Ballo ", uno spazio incastonato fra le rocce dove i giovani del vicino paese di Cabras , un tempo , amavano organizzare le loro feste di laurea e che in realta' e' stata un'antica cava romana .
Verso Seu invece , dove i campi di grano tempestati di papaveri rossi , all'inizio dell'estate arrivano quasi a lambire l'acqua del mare , seguendo una piccola strada sterrata potrete inoltrarvi tra i profumi dei fiori e delle piante dell'Oasi dove il tempo si e' davvero fermato .
Il nostro territorio , IL SINIS , e' un luogo splendido , ricco di storia e affascinante non solo x i suoi mari , le cui acque cristalline vanno dagli azzurri + intensi al verde smeraldo . I suoi tramonti , mai uguali , le sue sagre e i prodotti tipici del luogo non mancheranno di stupirvi .
Il villaggio di FUNTANA e' un luogo speciale e affascinante .
Il nome stesso del villaggio " FUNTANA MEIGA " indica che e' un luogo magico . Gli antichi Romani, infatti , attribuivano proprieta' curative , quindi magiche , alle acque delle sorgenti , di cui nei tempi passati il territorio era ricco . Da qui quindi il nome " FONTANA MEDICA ".

Alla partenza comunque la casa deve essere lasciata sufficientemente in ordine . No immondezza in casa o all'esterno , ne' piatti sporchi . Il frigo deve essere lasciato vuoto .
