Description
Excellent location very close to local beaches, restaurants and San Pedro town. The apartment has a private roof top terrace and south facing balcony, ideal in winter months. WIFI is available and Engish TV. There are ceiling fans in every room and air con too. There is a well equipped private residents pool. It is excellent for biking and walking as it is very flat. Very safe and great for water sports and swimming in the Mar Menor.The airport is approx.1 hour away. Pinatar sports arena 10 mins. Walk. You have everything you could want or need within half an hour. Also allotted parking space for the apartment behind secure locked gates.

“Amazing”
Once again we had an amazing time we have stayed here b4 and the location is so central to the beach and bars & restaurants. Apartment is clean & tidy great roof terrace to top up ur tan & swimming pool just beside. Anita is helpful & always on hand if u need anything. Really looking forward to returning next year.

“Fantastic Holiday”
Fantastic apartment near to all amenities. Within walking distance to restaurants, beaches and shops with a great choice of places. Amigos 2 streets away great wee place to end your night b4 the short walk back to the apartment. Great roof terrace for sunbathing during day and great balcony for having lunch or wee drink at night. Full Air conditioning for the warmer nights was great. Neighbours very friendly and helpful. Annita was great to communicate with answering any questions we had. Brilliant 17 days spent here and we r booked for next year already. Can't wait to get back. Thanku Annita.
