PENTHOUSE DESCRIPTION.
This “Penthouse” property is one of only 16 modern newly built apartments, built to very high specifications and standards, with all the ultra mod cons you could ask for. The property is situated within 700 metres of the safe BLUE FLAG sandy beaches of the ultra desirable Mar Menor, in San Pedro Del Pinatar, which also boasts 325 sunshine days a year. The apartment is just a short walk to a choice of shops, restaurants, bars, banks, the marina, and town centre.
