THIS HOUSE IS COVID COMPLIANT !

This fully equipped 3 bedroom Family Townhouse is situated in the wonderful and traditional town of San Pedro del Pinatar, in Murcia. It is a beach close location (10 min walk) located close to the amazing Mediterranean 'natural lagoon' the Mar Menor. The House is fully equipped from top to bottom including full air conditioning. It has everything you could need and includes off road parking if required . There are plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and banks in the nearby town centre (a 15 min walk away). Everything you could possibly want is on hand including the wonderful beaches & coast,. This beautiful coast is amazing! The surroundings are truly Spanish, although the English speaking locals could not offer better hospitality. The region has its very own micro-climate making it the warmest Costa in Spain! The World Health Authority have designated the area as one of the healthiest places in the Europe! Renowned for its healing Mud Baths and shallow / waveless Mediterranean lagoon ! The area and this spacious 3 story house, offer everything you could possibly want.

“Fabulous as Usual.”

After 2 years of planning due to the 'Virus Lockdown'. My Wife and I finally returned to Peter's 'Los Nardos' Townhouse, on the Mar Menor. Everywhere had opened up and we enjoyed Great Food and Drink. The nearby Park was exceptional, with super entertainment. We had driven down through Spain from Santander, but once in San Pedro we didn't need transport, everything was a short walk away. I would thoroughly recommend Peters Place to everybody, especially with the Mar Menor only a short distance away. This was our Third time there and will hopefully be returning.

“Fabulous Spacious House & Area - Recommended !”

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely spacious townhouse in a wonderful part of Spain. The house has everything and the nearby botanical gardens & cafe are fabulous too - value for money menu and plenty for the kids to do. The area itself is beautiful , with lovely sandy beaches and miles of walks therough the national park . We hired bikes and rode for miles ! Highly recommended and we will return soon to this area and house !
