House located in a beautiful green area suitable for families and couples who want to spend a holiday in peace and security. Downtown area reachable in a few minutes on foot where you can find local restaurants, markets and shops for every need and night entertainment venues. The structure is very close to mini market and the typical market that takes place every week. The property is located just minutes from the most beautiful beaches in the area (La Cinta beach, Isuledda beach, Cala d'Ambra, Cala Brandinchi, Lo Impostu and Capo Coda Cavallo). The house is on two floors and is very cozy, airy and functional immersed in a park suitable for all needs. This area is reserved for guests only in the village and without transit of cars. The house offers a private enclosed garden suitable for those who want to sunbathe or for children who can move in an area without dangers, a ground floor loggia with table 6 seats for lunches and dinners, sofa and armchairs for relaxation area, an internal kitchen equipped with oven and crockery, living room with table for 6 people and sofa for two people + single bed, full bathroom. On the back an outdoor shower, washing machine, laundry and drying room. On the second floor 1 double bedroom with air conditioning and a large balcony equipped with a small living room with sofa and armchairs, a view of the Tavolara island and the village park for magical moments of relaxation, 1 bedroom with 2 beds and a complete bathroom. Closing stairs with eraser for small children. Parking space in secure parking. House located in one of the most beautiful areas of Sardinia from which you can make many excursions both marine and inside this beautiful island to taste typical products in the many farms and ittiturismi present in the area. In San Teodoro there is one of the largest ponds in Sardinia where you can make interesting nature and photographic excursions. Also from this area there are many boat trips, by jeep on Monte Nieddu and trekking. In the area there are numerous diving centers for sea lovers and riding stables and many other entertainment suitable for all ages.

Response from the owner Siamo spiacenti per l'accaduto ma in ogni caso avreste dovuto subito contattarci telefonicamente tramite il custode che aveva il compito e l'obbligo dopo ogni uscita di effettuare le pulizie e controllare il buon funzionamento costante delle attrezzature all'interno dell'appartamento. Purtroppo è stato appurato con il custode il suo errore nel comunicare la vs data di arrivo all'impresa di pulizie che risultava essere una data differente. Magari prima di dare una recenzione negativa avreste dovuto appurare con noi del disguido essendo in questo caso la prima volta di un commento negativo dopo anni di affitti . Saluti
