MEDITERRANEA e' un piccolo appartamento al piano terra di una villa privata di lusso.
E' dedicata a coppie esigenti che vogliono trascorrere le proprie vacanze in un atmosfera romantica, rilassante ed in totale privacy.
Si raggiunge sia a piedi che in macchina partendo dal cuore del paese di SANTERENZO e si arriva alla proprieta' con parcheggio privato.
Percorrendo il curatissimo giardino si raggiunge l'appartamento, dove troviamo una luminosissima veranda-soggiorno protetta da ampie vetrate che,consentono la vista sull'incantevole GOLFO DEI POETI.
Dal soggiorno si passa alla romantica camera da letto con piccolo ma grazioso bagno
A richiesta si potra' aggiungere un lettino per un bambino.
La cucina, chiusa da una porta, affaccia sul soggiorno.
In giardino si trova un barbecue con forno e, racchiuso da un romantico berso', coperto da un glicine, un tavolo con sedie.
Di fronte all'appartamento gli ospiti troveranno la piscina ( 5 x 10 ) a disposizione con ombrellone,lettini e sdraie e, avranno sempre il magnifico spettacolo offerto dal giardino co ulivi, alberi da frutta e fiori di notevole bellezza.
A fine giornata troveranno i lettini per potersi rilassare ed ammirare il mare che. tutte le sere soddisfera' la vista con incantevoli tramonti su PORTOVENERE e le ISOLE.
Nel giardino si puo' incontrare un simpaticissimo e amichevole LABRADOR RETRIVER.

“Stunning Riviera Retreat”
What an amazing find! We had an absolutely fantastic stay with Daniella in her beautiful home. The apartment is on the ground floor of a large house on top of a hill overlooking the Mediterranean. One essentially has complete and utter private access to an enormous terraced garden complete with amazing swimming pool, barbecue and outdoor seating area. The attention to detail is just perfect. Upon arrival we were presented with an enormous hamper full of local food produce and beautiful wines and pesto; it kept us going for the entire week! The house is on a private road on top of a hill so it is completely peaceful, and it's literally five minutes walk to a stunning sandy beach with lots of lovely local restaurants. It's easy to explore by car along the coast, to pretty beaches and hidden gems of fishing villages. We really could not recommend this any more highly. We even took our puppy, who was given a wonderful reception. Can't wait to come back.
