Description

Welcome to Seashore Chalet, a fully self catering accommodation with an open plan kitchen and lounge. A very comfortable and cosy property with two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds. The bathroom has a full size bath and shower above. There is plenty of hot water. Electricity and bed linen are included in all rates.

The lounge has a folding dining table with four chairs. There is a flat screen T.V with built in Dvd player. Views out over the green area . We also have two other chalets called Seawinds and Seaspray chalets at the same location. A highchair is provided free of charge at the chalet. FREE WIFI AT CHALET.

Pets are welcome, we do make a pet fee of £25 per pet, this fee is to be paid directly to the owner on agreement of taking the pet.

Getting around

Getting around the Island is very easy, the local buses are fantastic , they are operated by Southern Vectis. Regular buses run between the main towns and resorts until very late at night, with services to rural areas operating throughout the day.

Our guests can contact us at anytime, by phone, tex or email. We also have a brilliant Housekeeper who lives on the Island , so just contact myself Liza first and I will do all I can to assist.

House rules

A Highchair is provided free of charge at the chalet.
Pets are welcome at our chalets, the pet fee is £25 per pet. A maximum of two pets are permitted at the chalet. Please notify the owner at time of booking. Pets must be kept on a lead whilst on site, there are some lovely walks nearby and several beaches allow pets on all year around. Pets are not permitted on the furniture or bedding.

Bed linen and Electricity is included in your stay, towels and tea towels are not provided.

“Worth a visit”

We had a lovely break chalet was great . Postioned in a really nice area close to sea and places to visit. Dinosaur Isle was good especially if you have kids.

“Lovely clean chalet with everything you could want in it”

This is in an excellent location with spectacular views over Sandown Bay. Very clean chalet with everything in it, including a bottle of wine on arrival! Handy location for visiting everything on the east side of the island ie. Ryde, St Helens, Bembridge and Sandown and Shanklin. If you have a dog excellent cliff walks, and ours really enjoyed the sandy beach. Very dog friendly.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Liza (the owner) a message.

If Liza (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
