Overview and bright penthouse with sea view, 60 square meters (third floor), located in the center of Sant'Antioco, near the marina and walking distance to supermarkets, takeaways, restaurants, public parking, bus stop direct to the beaches, fishing pier and freight boats. The apartment, air-conditioned and equipped with mosquito nets, consists of a spacious living area with kitchenette, two bedrooms (double and twin) and a bathroom with shower. There are also several comforts: washing machine, iron, microwave, and for those who want to make a trip out of town or go to the sea, cooler and umbrella. It is ideal for young couples. No pets allowed.
