" If you are looking for relax, total privacy and comfort Villa Stella is ideal for you. The villa is situated in the prestigious Stella Marina Residence (alongside the Forte Village Resort, the world's leading resort for the last 10 years), around 100 metres from the beach. The villa is surrounded by a landscaped luxurious garden with grass lawn, pines, palms and Mediterranean plants such as mirth and laurel.
The villa, elegantly furnished throughout is on two levels: on the main floor a kitchenette, living room with sofa, table and chairs, Satellite TV and play station INTERNET WI.-FI) and one bathroom. On the upper level three bedrooms and two bathrooms. All rooms have air conditioning. On the outside, three ample patios with Spanish cotto tiles and wooden roof and contemporary garden sofas, tables and chairs complete the villa. Guests can use the barbecue, a pizza oven, sun umbrellas, sun beds and a garden shower with hot water. The long sandy beach is never crowded and the sea is crystalline.
Nearby, possibility to play tennis, golf, horseback riding, The nearby Forte Village has a well known SPA. Outdoor and other toys available in the house, together with various books and cookbooks. The villa and the Forte Village are the of famous people who come back year after year. Children can play safely in the garden, in the (for residents only) and in the long beach. "
Villa Stella Marina is the ideal house for an enjoyable holiday, being equipped with all comforts and a few luxurious items. The villa is suitable for families with children, providing with a baby bed, a high chair, a baby-changing table, a baby tub and dishes, glasses and toys for the youngest guests. Children can easily play in the spacious fenced garden. The beach is close 150 m to the house and this allows the guests to reach the sea just with a two minutes walk (and with strollers as well).

Three wide terraces offer the possibility to spend some quiet and peaceful relaxing time surrounded by the beauty of a green garden. The terraces, all around the house, are carefully furnished with lounge chairs and coffee tables; in two terraces it is also possible to enjoy pleasant meals outside due to two different wide tables suitable for eight to ten people. The garden has also two comfortable showers provided with hot water as well and a nice barbecue, ideal for delicious grills outside.
Villa Stella Marina offers to its guests many treats such as fine linen and towels, valuable silverware and cookware. A wide assortment of dishes will be provided as well, including different kinds of glasses such as wineglasses, liquor glasses and beer glasses. The house is richly furnished and every piece is carefully refined and detailed. In every bedroom there are mosquito nets, the beds are comfortable and the master bed has a 23 cm new mattress for an ever more comfortable relax.
Amongst the treats the house is equipped with, are a fully functional fireplace, a fun playstation with games included, a medium size television with a satellite dish (set-top box “Sky”), bikes available, cookbooks of Italian cuisine, a Sony hi-fi, a coffee machine for Italian famous espresso, air conditioning in every room. The three bathrooms are decorated with hand painted tiles, all with Sardinian wax.
In addition, as an extra on request of the guests, it may be available a “first need package” with basic food.
If you are looking for a house that is comfortable, close to the beach, with big open air spaces and a huge garden, Villa Stella is the perfect house for you.
Villa Stella offers lots of comforts:
it's very near the beach (about 150m, 2-3 minutes by feet, bicycle, baby buggy); the beach, shared with the Forte Village, one of the World's best resorts, is made of white sand and the seabed is sandy and no deep; the sea is clean and crystalline, and there are not dangerous currents; the garden is very big and has lots of trees (pines, palms, mediterranean plants), is quite, pleasant and offers much privacy, has a big barbecue place for the evening barbecue, that is comfortable both in the Summer and in Winter-Fall.
The house itself is not huge, but very comfortable, pleasant, provided with many little luxuries, superior quality accessories, tableware and linen linen, there are all the electrical appliances; The house is liveable also in Spring and Fall, and is perfect for families with children, for young and old people.
Its strongest point are the big terraces, furnished in a living room style, with chairs, harmchairs, and sofas: here you can stay both in the Summer and Winter to eat, rest, play, watch TV, listen to music, always surrounded by the luxuriant vegetation.
The Stella Marina Village is close to every service: the much supplied supermarkets, the butcher shop, the fish shop, bars, pizzeria and restaurant reachable even by foot in the Summer. Pula has, during all the seasons, well-known restaurants, pizzerias, typical shops, SPAs. During all the year, playing golf is possible in the near Is Molas area, or you can ride horses, do excursions in the near beaches, forests and archreological places, rent boats.
Santa Margherita has a its ows weather, tempered by the proximity to the sea and the hills, so it is nice during all the seasons. Every month will offer its products, excellent fruit, vegetables, super-fresh meat and fish, tasty cheese, excellent wine.

Response from the owner Grazie mille Filippo per la vostra recensione ,grazie per aver scelto la mia casa per le vostre vacanze .quando volete tornare le porte di villa STELLA sono sempre aperte per voi .Questa anno la spiaggia di STELLA MARINA è ancora più grande e spaziosa ,non è mai sovraffollata ,non c è bisogno di fare fila ,pagare parcheggio ,perchè la nostra spiaggia è a 5 minuti da casa , a piedi comodamente in costuma da bagno , comodissimo se vuoi pranzare a casa e poi tornare il pomeriggio,. Oppure puoi scegliere di prendere panino e bibita ,caffè al chiosco e goderti tutta la giornata al mare . sono contenta che abbiate apprezzato i grandi loggiati e il verde giardino ,in estate si vive fuori .In effetti il Sud Sardegna è sempre più conveniente e più rilassante del Nord ,per chi si vuole fare veramente una vacanza tutto mare e spiaggia . grazie a voi e vi aspetto l anno prossimo .A presto SUSANNA

Response from the owner Dear Guest, thank you, both, for choosing my home for your holidays, both for having noticed some things to eliminate, buy new and improve I have already done everything, future guests will find new linen and mattress for the cradle from trip, no stuffed toys and anything else that will tell me to improve the hospitality.I always ask the guests during their stay if there is anything that I can do for them, if they have some requests, some problems .. All the guests have found well and some returned the following year. Especially families with small children, even for large outdoor areas, the proximity of the beach and all nearby services On request you can have help for the house and for children .. Response from the owner Cara Carolina ringrazio ,per la vostra recensione .Ogni Padrona di casa è soddisfatta , se anche gli ospiti sono stati bene ,. é vero Stella Marina è uno dei posti più belli di Santa Margherita , il nostro condominio è tranquillo e riservato , è immerso nel verde e la bellissima spiaggia è facilmente accessibile dalla casa, non è mai affollata ,perchè è accessibile solo ai residenti . la casa è curata da me ,perchè l'ospite lontano da casa , si deve sentire ,come a casa propria e ,se posso, mi piace rendere la vacanza più confortevole possibile,. gli ospiti devono trovare al loro arrivo quello che si aspettano dalla descrizione,. in questo modo ,i clienti soddisfatti ,ritornano volentieri . spero di riavervi ancora miei ospiti , anche in periodi dell'anno diversi .Stella Marina è splendida anche in primavera-autunno ed è l'ideale per i bambini A presto Susanna
